Responsibilities:
Secretary related work
Collect and make out the industrial operations weekly report, help the manager to check weekly work reports from managers
Update and maintain organization chart and personnel information, follow up technical trainings and update recruitment reports of technical positions
Responsibility of organization aspects
Organize technical seminars and team building activities, issue the special seminar reports
Set up and standardize the trip abroad system, establish and share the related paper documents
Make sound arrangement of manager appointments and schedule;
Keep sound communication and relationship with Department staff, to make sure that instructions and assignments can be effectively passed, also ensure promptly collection of information and report to Manager;
According to requirement of manager, organize and arrange meetings and meeting-related work, take minutes, and assist manager to review periodically the execution and implementation of action plans set in the meeting;
Arrange and accomplish secretary work of manager according to emergency grade;
Collect business data periodically to make statistical reports, and then submit to manager for business analysis.
Customer reception
Receiving guests from Chinese and overseas.
Keep sound communication and relationship with municipal government.

Requirement:
Majore in English
More than 3 years assistant working experience
Fluent in English,line manager is a foreigner
