Role purpose

• Work as a shift member to ensure new plant successful commissioning, start up and routine operation of shift comply with policy, regulation and company HSEQ standard.
• Be responsibility of sitting and DCS operating according to procedure or operation indication from line manager, ensure various production process parameters are controlled within the range of technology document regulations.
• Make sure the position shift handover and information shared.
• Be responsibility of timely diagnosing and dealing with various problems occurred in production and site operation and report to relative personnel as per report procedure.

Accountabilities

• Lead by shift manager to learn the new plant commissioning and start up by doing.
• Fill in the responsible records seriously and truly in time.
• Complete operating works in field mainly focusing on loading/unloading, sampling, utilities according to working schedule and procedures as well as inspecting site in time.
• Clean out equipment according SOP or PTW.
• Actively attend in various activities involving site quarterly communication, HSE family day etc.
• Report the unsafely and fill STOP card.
• Comply various company's rules and policy, and learn various new rules and policy
• Actively involve LEAN activities and develop self.
• Respond to emergency according procedure and orders, and reduce loss

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical knowledge

• Understand the standard and hazard in a chemical plant.
• New graduate from college or university with major in chemistry, chemical engineering or similar.
• Understand the process and operation quickly via training and learning.

• Have good team working consciousness.

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities

• The ability to find problem of equipment via inspecting site.
• The ability to have basic chemical knowledge.
• The ability to receive knowledge and information from line manager or other way.
• The ability to understand English version documents.
