Main responsibilities:
1.Provide Technical support and train for customers.
1)To build-up and keep the relationship of OEM, training and making technical presentation to OEM customer.
2)Support customer to make assembly instruction and process of VOSS products.
3)Support customer for problem confirmation, analysis and resolution about technical issues and claim.
4)Coordination between sales and quality, production, logistic department, and timely communication on technical issues between customers and VOSS company.
5)Represent the professional image of VOSS at all times.
2.Support to develop new customer as required　　　　　　　　　　　　　
1)Receive and collect customer new requirements,report to company and follow them all the way.
2)Prepare technical documents for cost calculation and sales quotation.
3)Assist to analyze market concerning to technical aspect, specific requirement, performance and products of OEM’s and competitors.
4)Establish and keep good relationship with customer, and be interface between customer and VOSS.
3.Support of other activities within VOSS as required
Requirements:
1.Colllegue or equivalent educational background in Automotive Engineering or mechanical.
2.Good knowledge of automobile general construction and operation priciple.
3.2-3 years working experience in Automotive industry, Truck OEM is prefered.
4.Team work spirit, strong problem solving skills, be able to work independently and under great pressure.
5.Have a good working ability by hand.
6.Good communication skill in Chinese and basic in English.
7.Good interpersonal skill.
