岗位职责：
1、分析所负责渠道的生意机会、需求、制定所负责渠道的生意目标；2、分析渠道的销售目标，并确保销售指标的顺利完成；3、及时准确地向销售代表传递公司的生意计划、策略等信息；4、销售代表的招募和培训；5、销售代表业绩的评估和监督各项指标的完成；6、有团队协作精神，善于挑战。7、有区域客户资源者优先.8、适应出差。
