The basic function of the Purification Maintenance Manager is to provide necessary leadership and technical support, to facilitate, direct, and coordinate the development, performance, definition and improvement of the maintenance department systems and help establish a Capable, Continuously Improving, Integrated high quality Maintenance work force with focus on improving plant equipment integrity and reliability at the lowest sustainable cost to JV Co. 主要工作是领导净化维修团队对工厂提供技术支持，并促进，指导，协调维修部门和维修系统的发展，绩效和改善，使维修团队高质量的集中于以持续最低的费用改善合资工厂设备完整性和可靠性。The Purification Maintenance Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day to day maintenance of the associated facilities.
