POSITION SUMMARY （岗位说明） The job holder is the Field engineer and functionally reports to the technical maintenance Manager.该岗位人员是现场工程师并且向技术维修经理汇报。The basic function of this Role is to provide necessary technical and hands on support to continuously improve plant instrument and control system integrity and troubleshooting, reliability, cost and on stream factor.该岗位人员提供必要的技术和动手支持来持续改善工厂的仪表和控制系统的完整性、可靠性、费用、和在线率。The position is expected to respond to maintenance requirements on a 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week base. 这个岗位需要7天×24小时的响应。 DIMENSIONS (管辖范围)All the related instrument and control and electrical (below 230V) equipments and facilities in JVCo. The AP/ LuAn JVCo Purification facility comprises ( 2 * (CO Shift Unit, RWU(Lurgi Rectisol Wash Unit) and FDU(Fine Desulfurization Unit)), 1* (CO2 Compress, Propylene Compress, Boiler Feed Water (BFW) Supply Station) to produce 727,600Nm3/h (H2/CO) for Synfuel Product, 155,590Nm3/h (CO2) for pulverized coal transport and Rich H2S Fraction to customer recovery to solid Sulfur Product, to supply 1,441t/h qualified BFW to customer at the same time.所有合资公司相关的仪表和控制和低于230伏的电气的设备和设施。PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责）Ensure to comply with JVCo and local safety, health and environment standard Participate actively in department/plant safety programs.
