Client background: Our client is a famous European Group in Integrated Supply.

Responsibilities:

- Develop/maintain project/site/customer during the different phases of the project (Development, implementation, expansion, post implementation).
- Maintain effective communication with the Business development, Implementation, IS Platform Teams.
- Develop / maintain an account plan (including customer profiles and relationship/offer development).
- Develop / maintain a visit plan.
- Continually review account activity in regards to contractual obligations (savings, service level,…) across the territory/customer and modify own activity accordingly.
- Develop / maintain relationships with accounts during all projects phases.
- Present / reinforce value proposition with accounts.
- Uphold the Sales Force Standards.

Requirements:

- University level in Engineering or Business Discipline
- 3~5 years of experience in an account management and/or sales role within the B distribution in China, with a least 3 years in a multi-national organization.
- Sales, account management, business development experience is preferred
- Knowledge of construction industry, mechanical
- MRO product knowledge or background.
- Capability to lead project or to be good player for cross functions project.
- Sales oriented mindset.
- English should be fluent.
