Responsibilities岗位职责：

• Responsible for plant layout management 负责工厂Layout管理
• Support basic site improvement, set kaizen project through finding waste 支持基础现场改善，通过寻找浪费设立改善项目
• JCMS/Lean series training for the relevant employee 对现场相关人员进行JCMS/Lean系列培训
• Optimize resource configuration of product line 对产线进行资源优化配置
• Responsible for VSM, find the improve opportunity and set goals 负责VSM管理，通过VSM寻找改善机会及设定目标
• Promote basic lean work, leading plant visual management and support 5S worksite management推动精益基础工作、主导工厂目视化管理、支持5S现场管理。

Competency Requirements 能力要求：

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in industrial engineer,machine or related field preferred 本科或以上学历，工业工程、机械相关专业优先
• e3 years work experience in industrial engineering related function at least, ideally in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience preferred. 在工业工程相关领域有3年以上工作经验，在制造行业和汽车行业优先。
• Lean production related professional knowledge 精益生产相关专业知识
• Master common presentation and courseware development skills 通用的演讲技巧和课件开发技巧
• Common project management tool 通用的项目管理知识
• Good computer operations, e.g. MS Office 良好的Office软件使用技巧
• Have a good command of English 良好的英文水平
