【岗位职责】
1、严格依照集团人力资源部制订的人事作业流程/工资福利等制度进行酒店人事作业；
2、负责区域内招聘渠道开发、维护，酒店员工招聘；
3、完成新员工入职培训（员工手册/消防安全等）及记录存档；
4、根据劳动合同法，酒店全员签订劳动合同，并按规定办理招退工登记等手续；
5、在合法/合规的前提下，酒店足额/全员为员工交纳社会保险等手续；
6、建立和完善酒店员工人事档案（人事信息资料收集/整理/奖惩记录存档等）；
7、HRIS人事系统维护（员工人事数据及时/准确录入/维护）；
8、酒店员工考勤记录整理并完成[月度考勤表]的签字确认/存档；
9、协调员工关系，处理员工投诉和劳动争议，完善整理酒店人事各项制度等；
10、与劳动局/社保局等政府部门建立适当联络并维护关系；
11、执行集团人力资源部的其它相关指令；
【岗位要求】
1、专科以上学历，人力资源专业和行政管理专业优先；
2、人事管理岗位两年以上经验，有连锁企业区域人事管理经验者优先；
3、熟悉劳动法、当地劳动法规，对各项人事流程和管理操作风险有实践经验；
4、具备良好的对内、对外沟通、协调能力，以及较强的独立执行力;
5、学习能力强，能够承受工作压力，能够适应管辖区域内出差的需要；
