- 推动和协助生意团队去增长生意和达致店铺目标
- 达到预算销售额，净边际利润(包括货物遗失)，营运成本和利润
- 提供每月或每周生意报告，包括存货和售出报告，分析及设立行动计划去提升生产力和印象目标。
- 提供生意预测
- 建立和实行策略去提升未来生意表现

预算和支出
- 管理可控制营运支出从而保持预算之内
- 薪金预算对比生意之百分比和提升有效资源

人事管理
- 为生意奖励计划和员工激励计划讨论作出贡献
- 计划和实行奖励计划
- 与分区经理联系员工招聘和流失之安排
- 确保员工接受在职培训，学徒制和教育
- 管理属下和团队，制定属下表现和发展计划，回顾和评估表现 (一年两次)
- 支持和参与零售大学所举办之培训和目标
- 实行现有零售培训和为新同事提供最新之培训
- 建议结构性或人力资源变动从而达致生意和形象目标

店铺/仓务营运管理
- 管理和沟通零售管理标准以及KPIs
- 指导店铺日常运作从而达致营商目标/KPIs
- 负责年度计划和店铺人力资源计划
- 实行季度/季节性产品推广和店内市场推广
- 参与计划和每月团队会议
- 与产品及物流部合作以确保产品和运输而达致生意
- 准备，管理和实行准确的半年一次盘点
- 产品补货和存货管理以减少产品短缺
- 提供每月顾客和零售响应致各零售adidas相关团队
- 确保写字楼和货仓清洁，提供良好的工作环境
- 与分区经理合作实行神秘客人计划和设立改善计划
- 日常行政要求并管理

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing,Guangzhou and Chengdu. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
