JOB PURPOSE (one statement explaining the overall purpose)


Responsible for Manufacturing Quality for XX International Productions:- Located in Foxconn Nanning

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (major results expected to be achieved)
PLANNING
? Is responsible for the quality of production in XX International
? Manages customer visits in factories in partnership with the XX Commercial teams & projects to ensure customer satisfaction
? Anticipates issues (risks management) and leads the resolution of any issues/problems that may arise in line with the production
? Key contact for manufacturing issues in XX International
? Manages process-factory audits for XX International
.

REALIZATION
? Implements and monitors quality, reporting progress of Manufacturing sites
? Drives continuous improvement and development efficiency activities, continually searching for potential upside opportunities in product quality and product reliability
? Works in partnership with other functions in the wider team to solve issues in production and ensuring production and quality of deliverables
? Works with Operations and Technical Services to ensure that volume manufacture starts on time
? Drives quality NPI activities during DV, VR, mass production…
? Continuously manages and mitigates existing and new risks on production throughout, communicating and escalading where necessary and appropriate
? Leads the resolution of any issues/problems that may arise in line with the product or the factory
? Supports after sales services for problem solving on the field and contributes to product maintenance
? Ensures process audits of Manufacturing sites
? Deploys processes related to EICC & Sustainability
? Contribute to first lot delivery activities
? Manages Stop production /stop shipment issues to come back to normal process

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
? Manages the cross functional team, in Manufacturing sites and XX to ensure quality of production and deliverable
? Ensures that key skills and abilities are developed and deployed within the team, to reach XX expectations on products, documentation…
? Provides line management with feedback about performance of the different factories
? Exchanges and shares best practices across factories inside and outside




INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

? Liaises at different levels within EMS, suppliers and partners
? Is the main contact point for Quality and the project internally and from the customer's for all industrial quality concerns at factory
? Share manufacturing activities and lesson learned with all QA team & business
? Drives solutions to Issues found in Factory for XX with EMS
? Proactively drives improvements with EMS by using quality tools and techniques
? Key Manufacturing QA link from XX working with factory, supplier quality, operations and project/Engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
? High school diploma
? Experience in production environment
? Experience in quality management
? Strong listening skills
? Strong time management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Microsoft Office proficient
? Ability to motivate
? Ability to perform objective scoring
? Ability to develop and execute plans related to team and agent improvement
? Ability to demonstrate flexibility and promote a positive work environment
