Job Title: 主任工程师Lead Engineer

Department: SSB Rockwell Automation

Location: Shanghai

Responsible to: Application Center Manager – Oil & Gas

5年以上相关自动化项目工作经验，熟悉Safety System, 懂得IEC 61508安全标准。有proposal经验更佳。要求能出差，接受offshore项目为佳。英文能做书面和口语沟通。相关行业经验为石油天然气开采、化工、石油化工、核电等。

工作地点在open，北上广深，以及天津大连沈阳青岛等城市，皆可。

Background: The Rockwell Automation facility in China is a market leader in safety systems for the Oil & Gas industry. The company designs embedded systems that are used for monitoring, control and emergency shutdown in a range of environments, including subsea and off-shore.

Safety systems are designed using innovative ‘fault-tolerant’ and ‘failsafe’ architectures and must conform to exacting safety standards such as IEC 61508.

Position Description: The Lead Engineer is responsible for the technical integrity of the system design from the concept phase through detailed design, testing and site installation. This position will typically oversee and direct the design and manufacture of SSB controls packages and panels. He/she will act as the lead engineer and technical authority on projects interfacing with client engineers relating to technical specifications and providing guidance and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the team to implement project execution, including system specification, design, implementation, integration, & deployment.

· Delivery of program milestones aligned with customer content, schedule, & quality expectations.

· Ensure all work is developed and configured in accordance with established procedures and standards.

· Product-level architecture, development and maintenance of assigned projects.

· Capable of interpreting the customer expectations and sales quotations into a viable system design specification.

· Design & develop software / hardware solutions

· Must perform duties in the office as part of a project team and demonstrate technical leadership skills.

· Solid understanding of control and safety system hardware and software design, the associated documentation and change management processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering.

· More than 5 years' project experience with automation products, Control systems, HMI applications, preferably in Oil and Gas related industries.

· Bilingual language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

· Has potential leadership.

· Vertical Domain Experience: Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Automobile, Life Science, Semiconductor, Food & Beverage

· Able and willing to work in site project environment both onshore and offshore.

Job Summary:

· Provides technical support and guidance to Sales and Estimating groups in the pursuit of business.

· Will attend Customer review meetings to provide technical input and solutions during the sales effort and during project execution.

· Acts as the lead engineer on projects and provides updates to project manager relating to status of activities, performance to schedule and performance to budget for engineering activities.

· Builds relationships at the technical level with Rockwell customers and manufacturing locations.

· May perform detailed system design activities or supervise subordinate engineers.

· Responsible for meeting project schedule, engineering hour budgets, and customer satisfaction targets for activities in support of the project team.

· Responsible for following all applicable corporate, company, governmental and regulatory policies and procedures as appropriate for this position.

· Supports an environment conducive to customer satisfaction.
