Main Activities

l Presales supports and business development for public safety, security, smart city industry sectors

l Solution/Proposal development and communication with customers/partners

l System integration as needed

Qualifications and Experience Required

Education:

l Master degree (or above) in computer science, electrical engineering, geospatial, or other related areas

Work Backrounds:

l Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience preferable with least 2 years’ experience in presales and solution consultancy

l In-depth knowledge with key areas of smart city industry and related applications

l Good background of working with software and consulting services industry

l Good background of working with government agencies and/or utilities sector

l Familiar with mainstream software technologies

l Familiar with one or more programming language including Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, HTML/XML, JavaScript and etc.

l Good understanding and knowledge about wireless communication technologies

l Familiar with IP/TCP/UDP data communication and transportation protocols

l Familiar with fundamental networking routing and switching protocols

l Good knowledge and/or working experience with geospatial applications

l Proven tracks of project coordination and management a plus

l Proven project experiences in smart city, emergency management, and geospatial industries a big plus
