PRIMARY PURPOSE: Develop sales & distributor network in China to achieve sales goals. Work with Business Unit Product Managers, Customer Service, Pricing Group, Engineering center and Manufacturer to design and implement transaction strategies. Manage the implementation of the strategies.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate the market situation, establish criteria, and recommend target prioritization. Work with RVP Sales and the Product Marketing Managers to establish prioritization. Focus business development activity on target markets.
评估市场情况,建立标准,推荐目标优先级。与区域VP销售以及产品市场经理共同建立优先目标,基于目标市场开展商业发展行为
Evaluate business potential, in conjunction with the RVP, develop orders and sales plans, up date plans with regular orders forecasts.
协助区域市场&销售副总评估商业潜力,发展订单及销售计划,并根据预计更新计划。
Evaluate distributor network, recommend to the RVP changes in the network. Provide technical support to train and develop distributors.
评估经销商网络,向销售/市场副总裁推荐网络布局变化。提供技术支持以培训和发展经销商。
Become a competent industry expert on products and industry operating practice. Work with distributors to call on utility, OEM, and contractor customers to promote awareness of HPS and preference for HPS products, designs, and features. Conduct technical seminars and respond to technical and commercial inquiries with limited support from Business Unit Engineering staff.

In conjunction with Product Marketing Managers, develop product pricing strategies for key high growth HPS products. Strategies shall be designed to maximize sales and standard margins by targeted market.
与产品市场经理协同为HPS关键高成长的产品制定价格策略,该策略的设计应着力于最大限度地提高目标市场的销售额及市场份额。
Responsible to the HPS business units to act as HPS local point to review and propose product modification and new product development to meet the requirements of the markets in China. Coordinate with Product Marketing Managers, and the Vice President to establish the market potential, estimation of resources required, and product profitability. Develop and manage product introduction plans.
代表HPS事业部构建销售网络点,回顾并促进产品改进及新产品开发,满足中国市场需求。与产品市场经理和市场/销售副总裁共同拓展市场潜力,评估市场构建所需资源及产品获利状况。发展并管理产品推介计划。
Consistent with HPS rules on delegation of authority, support the proposal preparation and decision-making process to carry out your recommended transaction strategies.
遵守HPS规章载明的权力下达原则和条款,实施推荐的执行战略,并能为此战略提出建议及决定过程的原委。
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Willing to travel extensively, 2-3 weeks per month
要求:愿意出差,2-3 周 每个月
RECOMMENDED BACKGROUND: Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with significant industry experience in China Utility T&D market; along with real experience in working with and training local distributors on HPS products and business practices. Must have English speaking and written skills
