Lead Consultant, Associate consultant, Researcher reach the target based on department principle, strategy, and assignment
带领小组的成员按照部门既定的各项政策,方针达成所定的战略,战术目标,任务目标
Actively developing innovative research solutions and quality clients, attends client visits and presentations, base on company and department development strategy
根据公司的发展战略,通过拜访和电话介绍等途径,开发新客户并挖掘其潜在需求
Work closely with the Line Manager to maintain market share in an increasingly competitive environment and improve overall operating efficiency
与直线主管紧密合作,持续改善及提高团队的工作效率及质量
Play a key role in developing and mentoring a team of consultants with varying levels of recruitment or industry experience
传授工作技能,使小组内成员的技能水平有明显的提升
Using international best practice methodology, you will drive team activity, KPIs and performance reviews to achieve sales targets
保持小组内积极向上,良性竞争及努力好学的态度
Search high level candidate, And service the key industries and clients in line of company strategy
围绕重点客户提供专业服务,负责高级职位候选人的搜寻及能力评估
Ensures that candidates, clients and job orders in database are up to date, Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced
及时更新数据库中的候选人、客户和招聘需求,确保所负责的项目信息能在系统中得以运行及管理
Works with clients and provides consultation regarding employee related issues
给客户提供招聘领域的咨询,帮助客户避免违反雇佣条例
Report on project progress and result on time, so as the team members
按时完成每周量化任务及周报告并督促组员完成
Ensure receive business funds
保证业务款项的回收
A team orientation will be a valuable addition to a collegial, collaborative environment
保持部门内及跨部门的团结协作
Meet or exceed monthly and annual targets agreed upon

QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 职位要求和相关经验
Relevant graduate degree or above; At least 6 years working experience in relative business field, 2 year above team management experience;
本科以上学历;至少6年相关工作经验, 2年以上的团队管理经验;
Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening;
优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力;
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure;
结果导向及优异的抗压能力;
Excellent problem solving ability and customer service skills;

Smart and determined;
