Responsibility:

1. Be responsible for the regional sales management and report to the General Manager directly;

2. Make the sales plan and work plan to meet the regional sales targets according to the company strategy and company sales target;

3. Build and manage the sales team, including sales region deployment, sales engineer deployment, sales target deployment and market subdivision;

4．Establish and manage the sales channels and key accounts;

5．Make and conduct the promotion plan for key product in the managing area;

6．Collect, analyse the marketing information and give feedback;

7．Cooperate with customers close, monitor and manage the whole process, including contract making, delivery, A/R and so on;

8．Monitor and manage the expense of the rep. office and subordinates;

9．Motive the sales team, make the performance evaluation, including probation and annual evaluation;

10．Work in Other jobs required by the Company.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. Major in industrial automation or related subject is preferred;

3. At lease 5 years sales experiences and 3 years management experience;

4 Work experience in industrial automation or components is preferred;

5. Good English skills;

6. Excellent communication skills, outstanding lead ability and strong responsibility.
