Role Summary/Purpose
The dealer training manager is responsible for the complete dealer development requirements for delivering Dealer Development Program. He/she manages the activities and staff involved in the design, administration and presentation of programs to train and develop partners at all levels to meet current and anticipated business requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
• Assess business group needs and identify their priorities in commercial, leadership skills and other training needs.
• Partnership with business leader to set up learning and people development strategy
• Design/execute right training program/course to meet business needs and support business growth
• Work with internal trainer/external vendors to manage deliver training event and manage logistics
• Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
• Assisting with key Learning and Development initiatives and/or special requests
• Responsible for GEHC L&D university website development
• Maintain annual budget
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s above degree and minimum of 3 years experience in training and development manager position (external hiring), or at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Builder of strong relationships across functions and levels of the organization
• Proven People Leadership skills and business acumen
• Excited by new challenges and change, flexible and clear thinker
• Demonstrated consulting & group facilitation skills, excellent platform skills
• Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively, high passion on people development
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Good instructor skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 years of training program manager experience
• Experience in Healthcare business preferred
• LDP/PLD graduates
