The role of a Material Supervisor is to Organize, manage and monitor the material planner’s job to control the inventory level and ensure the materials for production, maintain the BOM and ensure the accuracy of data base in MFG/PRO, responsible for the cycle counting and check the accuracy of physical stock and ledger book. The main missions of the role are to:
物料主管需要组织，管理和指导物料计划员以控制存货水平并保证生产物料的供应，维护系统的，保证系统基本参数的准确性，循环盘点核查的责任人，负责检查帐与实物的一致性。

? System Maintain:
系统维护
­ Maintain the product structure and item master in MFG/PRO system and ensure they are in-line with released engineering BOM;
维护系统内的产品结构和物料的主要参数，保证其与工程的一致性
­ Convert the engineering BOM into MFG/PRO BOM and ensure it is in-line with the manufacturing process and purchasing status;
将工程转化为系统内的，并保证系统的与实际生产工艺和采购状况一致
­ Update BOM in MFG/PRO whenever engineering changes are implemented;
当有技术变更时及时更新系统内的BOM
­ Update and check logistics data in MFG/PRO timely and ensure the accuracy of data base, such as safety stock, lead-time and etc;
及时更新和检查系统内的物流参数，保证其准确性，如安全库存，提前期等
­ Arrange and consolidate the department procedure documentation.

? Material Conctrol:
物料供应控制
­ Monitor the material planner and ensure the inventory level in budget and ensure the replenishment of materials;
监督物料计划员的工作，保证物料供应，并使存货水平在预算内
­ Work together with Log manager to confirm the inventory planning;
与部门经理共同确认存货计划
­ Arrange and check phycial check, ensure the inventory accuracy.
安排和检查盘点，确保库存的准确性

? Supplier Management:
供应商管理
­ Control the extra transportation cost (inbound);
控制进货的额外费用
­ Audit the supplier’s performance.
审核供应商的送货服务

? Team Management:
团队成员管理
­ Daily contact with all team members, close management of the material replenishment;
与团队成员共同工作，紧密关注物料的补充
­ Coach team members in how to perform their role;
指导团队成员如何工作以达到目标
­ Support and help to fix problems;
支持和协助下属解决问题
­ Ensure discipline and rigor (supplier management, material shortage, delivery delayed…);
保持严谨和严格要求（供应商管理，物料短缺，发货延迟等）
­ Ensure the respect of safety instructions, policies and procedures.
重视和执行安全程序，政策以及指示

? Development of the team:
发展团队
­ Build training plan to increase team autonomy; ensure training and coaching of team members;
制定培训计划加强团队的自主性，确保团队得到培训和指导
­ Manage annual performance interviews for all team members;
为团队成员作年度的评估
­ Plan development of the people (validation and support from logistic manager and Human Resources Manager when appropriate): training, job evolution;
为下属制定发展计划（适时地在部门经理和人事部经理的确认和支持下）如培训，工作变动
­ Validation of polyvalence and poly-competency;
确认下属的多岗位和多技能
­ Ensure recognition upon individual performance: propose promotion and merit increase; take part of the decision process;
保证基于个人绩效的对下属的激励：升职建议和调薪；参与确定
­ Ensure proper flow of information to and from the team: top 5 with GAP Leaders, regular information meetings, rapid cascade of critical information and of messages from management.
保证信息在团队内的有效传递：5分钟会，常规的信息会议，紧急问题和重要公告的及时传达

? Other and Specific Missions:

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:

? Bachelor Degree or above in any major
大学本科及以上学历
? 2 years working experience in Logsitics
2年以上物流相关经验
? Use Excel.workd.. Officer software
Excel.word等办公软件的使用
? English reading and writing, speaking skill
