Purpose:

Lead warehouse team to establish and complete the related standards and policy, under the guidance of Philips Warehouse Management Policy, with the objective of ensuring smooth running of production and satisfy the customers’ requirement by continuously improving the quality of warehouse

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and control the store-keeping & goods-delivering activities including general operations, inventory control, security, cleanness, insurance coverage, labeling and repackaging work, making ensure the compliance with the Philips policies and local legislations.

2. Cooperate with ESH specialists and production colleagues to implement the EHS and 5S management in warehouse. Train and coach the warehouse employees to implement the related guidelines and policies to ensure subordinates compliance on standard warehouse procedures and instructions.

3. Check, amend and supervise the implementation of SOPs and procedures according to the Philips Warehouse Management Policy.

4. Design and optimize the placement of goods to keep goods in good order, maximize the usage of the warehouse to meet the warehouse, production and sales demand and direct subordinates to execute.

5. Support and cooperate with relevant department colleges to dispose the slow moving materials, waste materials and returned goods from customers according to related procedure.

6. Monitor the inventory status, present/check and ensure qualified data maintained in the SAP system, provide accurate stock information on a fixed time according to the company requested.

7. Initiate, take part in or lead when appointed the operational efficiency projects to upgrade the supply chain management level.

8. Manage the 3PL warehouse supplier to fit Philip’s requirement.

Requirements:

· University degree

· 5~10 years warehouse working experience with good leadership. Experience in electronics factory is a plus. Has good understanding of the warehouse management process.

· Good computer skill, relevant hands-on experience in SAP is plus

· Good communication skills

· Good skill in reading and writing both in Chinese and English
