The ideal candidate will be responsible to perform technical assistance to existing customers, systems and network operation monitoring. The candidate will work in our 24x7 Network Operation Centre (NOC) in Nanjing.

岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Support enterprise scale system monitoring (watching Monitoring Tool console, responding to System Alerts)
2. Provide support to team on monitoring process improvement
3. Coordinate with System Support Leader on process development
4. Coordinate with other IT supports in different countries for system issue resolution
5. Required to work 24*7 shift
　
岗位要求Requirements
1. Colleague degree.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
3. Team player with position attitude and dedication.
4. Multitasking and able to work under pressure.
5. Willing to work on shift duty
6. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
7. Minimum 1 years of working experience in server platform support
8. Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, AD, Windows Server 2003 & 2008

倒班时间：一个月白班，一个月夜班，一个月正常班，白班：8:00-20:00，夜班：20:00-8:00.作二休二；正常班，9:00-18:00 做五休二；
工作地点：南京市建邺区烽火科技大厦
