工作职责 Responsibilities:
- 日常工作 Daily routine job
1.负责询问顾客的需要,并在全面了解顾客后,向顾客提供咨询服务和推荐合适的产品
Respond to inquiries from customers, provide consultant services, and recommend suitable products to customers after a comprehensive understanding of their demands.
2.监督货品的陈列,结合相关的政策展示规定的区域,并及时提供货品的补给
Monitor merchandising display and presentations in specified zones align with related policies, and provide replenishment timely.
3.收货时检查货品的质量,根据店铺需要管理订货流程
Check the quality of merchandizing upon receiving, manage ordering process for merchandizing base on the needs
4.根据公司政策适当地放置价格标签
Place the price tag properly as per company policy.
5.检查店铺员工妆容,排版和出勤情况
Check grooming standard of store staff, employee duty roster as well as attendance
6.创造舒适的购物环境,以确保顾客得到满意的服务
Create a confortable store shopping environment in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- 营运任务Operational tasks
1.担当顾客服务经理,负责管理楼层事物,诸如保持店铺管理质量,增强顾客购物体验,推进销售目标的完成进度,参与店铺活动,检查所有与营运相关的报告
Take charge of Floor Management by acting as Customer Service Manager, such as maintaining the store management quality, enhancing the customer shopping experience, driving sales targets, participating in-store activities, checking all operational related reports
2.协助SM&ASM,通过每日实施销售策略和激励员工完成店铺以完成店铺KPI指标
Support SM&ASM to achieve store KPIs by implementing daily sales strategy and motivating our employee
3.在团队中扮演标准模范角色
Act as a role model for the rest of the team
4.维持整洁和安全的店铺环境
Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment
5.在需要的情况下,协助店经理处理与业主的沟通工作
Assist Store Managers to communicate with landlord if necessary.
6.处理店铺日常各类突发事件,保证店铺正常运营
Emergencies handling, and ensure the smooth operation of stores.
7.完成店经理和店铺副经理给予的管理方面的工作任务
Complete management tasks assigned by SM&ASM
