Mission:

Work closely with sales team to meet customer’s needs. Provide supporting as technical expertise to maximize the sales opportunity of electronics segment.


Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Drive and support sales through campaign, market analysis, sales opportunity identification, solution sharing & case study, and etc.;
? Support marketing activities regarding electronics segment product lines, such as new product launch, exhibitions, road show, technical materials and etc.;
? Act as a role of knowledge center about product, application and solution, be responsible for technical support, problem solving, product training, seminar, demonstration to sales and customers, and etc;
? Provide on-site technical support for tools and automation trial run.
? Non-standard parts design for applications and automation.
? Programming Toolstalk software, 3 steps tightening strategy and training to customer
? B type order operation – supplier sourcing and managing, delivery follow up, cost saving.
? Be ready to take up new tasks as assigned;


Candidate profile:

Education
? Bachelor degree in engineering;
? Mechanical design and manufacture

Experience
? Minimum 3 years of technical support in related industrial product
? Automation engineer experience is a plus

Knowledge
? Mechanical and electrical knowledge
? Extensive knowledge of manufactory, production methods and industry trends; knowledge of automation industry will be a plus
? Industrial assembly experience is a plus.
