主要职责：

Eaton Corporation, Electrical Group APAC's HR Services has an opening for an HR Administrator in Suzhou, China. Providing HR administrative remote support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Services functions. Providing a comprehensive remote HR services to HR clients, managers and staff for Xi’an businesss organization.

1. Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourage continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
2. Play big role in communication with HRBP and Employee to solve the issue and provide timely, high quality support
3. Mainly provide the HR Services support for Xi’an site manager and employees, main resposibility as below but not limit on these.

HR Admin:
? Internal Transfer
? Labor Contract Management
? Probation Evaluation Management
? Employee Annual Tax Declaration
? P-Files Management
? Certification - Employment/Income/Exit
? Flex Working Time Management
? Exit Management exclude exit interview
? Onboard Management
? Working Permit

Talent Acquisition:
? Interview scheduling and on -site supporting
? Delivers Day 1 on-boarding sessions to all new hires covering Eaton policies/practices, etc
? Internal posting publishing

Compensation and Benifts:

? Vendor management(Vendor contact and management, including the social security bill / working hours apply / audit / social insurance premium / housing fund basis / social security fund services)
? Local government supporting program application
? Social benifits and other government require audit
? Service Awards management
? Collect and validate time and absence file and certification (time management, leave forms, planned and unplanned absence, maternity leave).

Others:
? Assists with HR Services projects and programs as necessary
? Backup payroll in case any emergency
