职位描述
Job Description:
A) Sales Supporting
1) Assist Sales staff to deal with quotation, contract and follow up order execution, delivery and account receivable.
2) Prepare bidding documents and assist Sales staff to complete all the bidding process, including purchasing, collect and coordinate with all related department to complete bidding on time.
3) Assist Sales staff to coordinate sales project, follow up the contract and maintain customers’ relationship.
4) Support sales team including documents preparation, conference notes, sales analysis and reports and customers’ information collection, etc.
5) Maintain company’s standard sales policy and process.
B) Admin Supporting
1) Handle office routine admin work, including attendance, overtime, leave management and coordination of reimbursement.
2) Assist to handle business travelling for area, including booking for tickets, hotels or others.
3) Support headquarter or other area if needed.
4) Complete other work assigned by manager.
Qualification and Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- At least 2 years working experience within Sales Supporting functions;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability of adapting to the working environment and quick learning;
- Proactive and detail-minded, with good problem solving and customer service sense.
