职位描述
岗位职责：
负责公司代理的美容护肤产品/仪器在华北区域的销售管理工作，具体为：
1、开拓并发展所在区域的化妆品或美容仪器的零售和经销渠道, 包括线上或实体店；
2、发展新客户, 维护原有客户，完成公司制定的区域销售目标；
3、制定具体的业务拓展计划和销售计划，并按此计划执行；
4、保证销售回款、客户关系维护等各项目标的达成；
5、收集市场状况和竞争对手状况等信息，根据分析结果向直属上级提出销售规划建议；
6、团队的建立及销售渠道的完善。
工作地点：北京市
任职要求：
1、至少3年以上化妆品或美容仪器或服装行业的销售渠道开发和管理工作经验；
2、有操作丝芙兰或莎莎或其他大型连锁化妆品业务工作经验优先考虑；
3、具备较强的沟通协调能力，较强的执行力和抗压能力；
4、拥有一定的社会人脉关系，包括电商或商场或经销商渠道；
5、较强的领导能力和团队管理能力，组建及带领业务团队完成销售目标。
