Polycom is an industry leader on unified communications and has world-class R&D center in Beijing. The Beijing center plays a critical role inside Polycom and has full ownership of key products. Right now, we are having a new team to develop group-breaking products all popular mobile and PC platforms, such as iOS/Android/Windows/Mac OX. The solution will enable unified communications on all mobile devices. Our application will provide enterprise users and consumers life-like visual communications on smart phones and tables and bring new meaning to communications.

We are seeking exceptional engineers to join our development team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about building high quality, high performance, efficient and elegant client software. The right candidate is a highly motivated individual who is able to work in self-motivated teams that can take a product from conception through delivery. As an early hire, you will be a corner stone of this team and have the opportunity to work on requirements, architecture, and designs.

Responsibilities
? Fully understand the requirements from customers and product managers
? Actively participate in product design and discussions
? Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
? Create innovative solutions for complex system software

Requirements
? Bachelor or above Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
? More than 3 years software development experience
? Excellent programming skills in C/C++/Object C is a must
? Mac development experience is a must
? Multi-thread and network programming is a strong plus
? iOS development experience is a strong plus
? Video/audio processing or video codec (H.264) is a plus
? Good at team work and communication
? Have a strong ability of learning new skills quickly
