Job Title: Mechatronic System Architect-机电一体化系统架构师

Job Introduction:
As mechatronic system architect you will elaborate product concepts for conventional and electrical drive systems in the area of new product development, new customer applications and technical advancement of the product portfolio. This position is an important interface inside the engineering project team and work closely with internal sales and product management as well as with customers. Innovative ideas and inspirations are important to develop competitive products for the global market.

Qualifications:
？ Minimum B.S. Degree in Mechatronics, Software, Electrical or similar engineering field (M.S. Degree preferred)
？ Appropriate work experience within development of mechatronic components (automotive engineering preferred)
？ First experience with functional safety (ISO 26262) preferable
？ High social skills as communication, teamwork, motivation, assertiveness and flexibility
？ Key behavioral traits for success as creativity, innovation, customer focus, solution-based approach
？ Ability to join discussions and create technical presentations in English language
？ Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Duties and Responsibilities:
？ Develop concepts for acquisition projects, new product development and advancement of product portfolio
？ Work with the customer to understand and align product requirements, accordant specifications and required deliverables
？ Analyze and translate customer requirements to internal system and component requirements
？ Elaboration of mechatronic concept solutions for drive systems according to customer requirements based on studies, simulations and calculations
？ Concept alignment with customer, product management and engineering project management
？ Create technical presentations for internal discussions, management reporting and customer meetings
？ Ability to manage tough situations within an interdisciplinary and multicultural team
？ Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines 遵守ISO / TS 16949 、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针
？ Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行。
？ Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则
