Nature and Scope

EMO Warehousing SAP & OSAP system activity is associated with the following: Material Handler; Quality Inspector; Complaint Recorder; Shipper; PACT User; Cycle counting activities' coordinator; Maintain the OSAP system; Specific label preparation etc

After SAP go live, there are 2 parallel “SAP & OSAP” systems will be maintained. These two systems could cover all ESM warehouse activities, which like, receiving, inspection; storage; delivery, software/data input, FIFO, Physical counting/cycle counting, etc So, keeping these systems run smoothly is very important responsibility.

The candidate should have an understanding of operational, supply chain, and commercial issues surrounding the EM activity. The person must have strong communication and interpersonal skills since he/she interfaces at multiple levels within the Air Products organization.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1: SAP role: Material Handler (IM): This role is assigned to the transactions related to receiving, placing, or removing materials; counting, posting or other inventory-related activities. Can also generate product shipping labels.

2: SAP role: Quality Inspector: This role is assigned to the transactions that enter inspection data, material non-conformances and instrument calibrations.

3: SAP COA preparation; Re-format 3rd party vendor products' COA.

4: SAP role: Shipper: This role is assigned to the transactions related to external material movements. Key activities: picking, packing, change and end shipment. This role cannot create shipments, it can only update them.

5: SAP role: Complaint Recorder – Global; This role will be responsible for transaction that create and change a complaint and verify that sufficient information has been captured to describe the complaint. Role identifies the complaint owner. This job role cannot close a complaint. This is the only one of the Complaints job roles that can create a service notification and/or create a customer contact.

6: SAP activity: Cycle counting actives' coordinator, this person should make the cycle counting order in weekly basis & collect the result in the SAP system, make sure the accuracy over 95%.

7: SAP role: PACT-User; this role will be responsible for transactions related to materials movements using hand hoed radio frequency (PACT) devices. Key activities: picking, packing, change and end shipment, goods movements, and cycle counts. This job role will NOT be able to generate product container labels.

8: SAP activity: Print all kinds of SAP label, including GHS label, Batch Filled label, SAP Standard Customer Barcode label, RFID label.

9: OSAP activity: Specific label preparation. He/she should be the person who prepare the customer required specific label before delivery, which like: STS label for TSMC; full/empty label; inspection label, etc.

10: OSAP activity: COA & E-COA preparation. He/she should be the person who prepares the customer required hardcopy COA & E-COA before delivery, response to customer on any hardcopy COA & E-COA questions and issues.

11: Governmental RFID activity: Prepare cylinder import information form & download to RFID label by scanner one by one.

12: Internal warehouse administration activities:
? Office administration (copy machine, fax machine, printers. Etc)
? Coordinate mail from WGQ EMO warehouse to Shanghai office (expense reports, PR’s etc.)
? Stationeries/ office supplies (including purchase on small stuffs)
? Monthly inspection the first aider kits in the office and do replenishment of them if any using up or out of Expi. Date.
? As HRO (Health Response Officer) in the WGQ site.

13. Other temporarily assigned tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Job Incumbent is expected to have College or Bachelor’s Degree in industry area of engineering, electronics, mechanical or electrical.
2. Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 3 years work experience in a similar work environment.
3. Has the ability and willingness to learn, the evidence of previous work in a successful team environment, and has an amiable personality.
4. Must be an obvious self-motivated individual and possess a professional self image.
5. Good English Skill.
