A multi-national company looking forward a Business Development Manager to lead and manage the business team in China.

Key Responsibilities:

?lead and manage business development team in china
?develop and implement middle term plan
?maintain existing key accounts and expand customer base
?establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers
?manage rfqs, determine price and contractual conditions
?support customer service team regarding delivery and inventory issues
?cooperate with quality department in dealing with customer concerns
?insure internal and external flow of information

Key Requirements:

?bachelor’s degree or above
?fluent English
?experience in managing a sales team and responsible for sales budget and margin
?at least five years of successful track record in sales & marketing in automotive industry with tier two supplier
?automotive fasteners or metal stamping industry preferred
?eager to achieve goals, target oriented management style
?good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels
