One famous fine chemical company is looking for a Process Engineer based in Changzhou.

About the Organisation:
The Chemical Company is unique in being both the leading North American distributor of chemicals and plastics, and a world leader in manufacturing a variety of chemical specialty and performance product.

Key Responsibilities:
? production process, equipment optimization to eliminate bottle-neck, improve safety, quality and efficiency
? responsible for new facility, equipment startup, employee training, education pertaining to technical skills / operation skills in regard to new staff or position changing
? assist in quality incident investigation and identification to dig out root cause
? work with QC team to optimize formula to reduce cost and improve quality
? organize Kaizen activities and follow through implementation accordingly
? responsible for new product introduction
? key function for plant AFE during all phases from concept, design, construction, commissioning and startup to facility operation

Key Requirements:
? bachelor’s degree majored in Chemical Engineering or Process
? at least five years’ related experience in a Manufacturing environment of foreign chemical plant
? proficient in computer skills
? good interpersonal and communication skills
? initiative with positive attitude and pleasant personality
