A leading MNC that is growing quickly in China is seeking a Recruiting Manager to provide talent sourcing (internal and external) in Nanjing plant and promote the company's Employer Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• make annual hiring plan according to budget and implement to meet business development manpower demand
• make job analysis according to organization chart and business development
• manage recruiting internal and external talent pool
• define job interview procedures, interviews questionnaires and organize interviews
• analyze recruitments results and define action plan to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency

Key Requirements:

• university degree in Human Resource Management and other related major
• over three years of recruiting experience from global companies
• stable career history with proven progression
• outstanding communication skills in English
