The role directly reports to site HRD, will have excellent career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and support business strategy and process, work together with the management
• Be an effective change agent, have the ability to integrate, and be able to motivate
• Provide support to the business unit for HC planning and staffing
• Handle employee relations issues at all levels, mediating and resolving disputes in a constructive way, coordinating investigations of complaints and managing labor disputes
• Proactively address HR issues in the business unit by utilizing analytical skills to develop fact-based recommendations, also using inter disciplinary way of thinking

Key Requirements:

• university degree in human resources or related major
• over eight years of human resources experience from global companies, over three years as HRM role or above
• outstanding communication skills in English
• familiar with formulating HR policies
• strategic, organized and result-driven, good at communication and execution
• proficiency of English both spoken and written
