The C&B manager will report to Asia pacific HRD directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• reports to the head of HR department and provides management for a full range of C&B services for a company with more than 1,200 employees covering manufacturing, sales and marketing functions both in Nanjing and Shanghai
• in charge of C&B policies formulation, current C&B programs evaluation, recommendation to maintain competitiveness in the market and lead the annual salary review & bonus scheme recommendations
• improve current performance evaluation scheme and provide advisory role in setting and breaking down company KPIs to division and group level KPIs
• advise and introduce effective retention scheme for key persons in company
• act as a business partner and work with department managers to recommend and implement effective C&B policies to support business needs
• manage two people in C&B team and monitor the routine C&B payroll operations

Key Requirements:

minimum five years relevant experience in sizable corporations with solid exposure on C&B project execution and in handling expatriate matters including tax issues

outstanding analytical skills, very well organized and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

strategic thinker and can present idea / proposal in a logical and organized way

people who wants to do a perfect job and wants to improve for everything he / she is doing, even it is a small thing

ability to withstand work pressure under a multi-tasking environment

good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
