Purpose
Develop the Microbulk offer to medical market and build business presence in medical market in Southern China.
Nature and Scope
We have GMP license for Guangzhou ASU, and we need set up sales channel and sales force to raise our presence to this market. Microbulk is a unique solution for small or middle size O2 supply system to hospital. In addition to this, we can also supply liquid N2 to some operations in hospital such as MRI service etc.
The person will be responsible to identify the market size through working with all kinds of channel. He or she need develop the proposal to hospital and increase our marketing share in this market. He or she can also cooperate with other function in MG such as PG and LB to build our total solution in this segments.
He or she should work with engineering and distribution team to organize the resource and optimize the supply chain to serve the customers well.
He or she should work with engineering team to develop the compact, simple and cost effective installation service to customers.
DIMENSIONS
OEM Customers: All kinds of Medical Installation Service and equipments companies.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following:
1) Develop offering package to this market.
2) Develop long term relationship with customers and OEM channel.
3) Promote company and CryoEase branding name in this niche market. Shape Air products to be the leader in the supply chain and technical offer in this niche market.
4) Search and secure prospects.
5) Develop proposal to prospects.
6) Sign the contract with customers.
7) Work with engineering team to develop compact and cost effective installation package.
8) Work with logistics team to optimize the supply chain.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
A. College degree or University education (in business or technical area preferred) an engineering, marketing.
2. Work Experience
A. At least Four (4) years of progressive commercial experience in multinational companies.
B. Experience in medical related business is a plus.
3. Skills
A. Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills
B. Chinese (Mandarin) and listening and presentation abilities.
4. Qualities
A. Well developed influencing skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities. Concise, strong, mature, and flexible.
B. Integrity – act with integrity and in accordance with company ethics. Ability to confront behavior not consistent with company values. Honors commitments.
C. Problem solving and decision-making skills – decisions that reflect thorough evaluation of needs, goals, facts, etc.,
D. Result focused – demonstrate ability to reach goals, accountability for results, demonstrated ability to manage through company network, assertive, clear notions of efficiency.
E. Driving license is preferred.
F. Able to travel 25-50% of the time.
