Our client is seeking an excellent Maintenance Engineer with solid skill and knowledge in chemical industry.

Main Responsibility:

• comply with and also ensure the mechanics and contractors comply with plant’s EHS, MMSR, GMP, quality and other policy
• organize and implement maintenance work. Ensure the maintenance work in adopting SOP requirements
• arrange and monitoring the planned maintenance work on the schedule. Including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, plant shut down maintenance and overhaul
• organize investigation for repeat failure of critical equipments and do the RCA report, technical support for mechanics and help them to do trouble shouting
• manage the mechanics team. Keep the mechanic’s work efficiency in and over standard level
• manage the maintenance ware house and maintenance tools, assistant to manage the documents for equipments

Main Requests:

• university degree or above, and suitable mechanic education and training background
• minimum of three years experience of chemical equipment mechanics works and supervising tasks
• good front line management skill, good management, communication and coordination skills, good team player
• flexible and hard working characteristics are essential
• acceptable English language, proper skill for SAP PM using
• proper skill for using office software and CAD, good time management
