Company Profile:
A professional French company in chemicals (fine chemicals).

Responsibilities:
1. Manages all the resources linked to electrical engineering with obligation of means and results. 管理所有与电气工程相关的资源，履行其提供资源并达到目标的义务。
2. Carries out construction engineering projects and modifications on China’s electric systems as needed in cooperation with construction team and project manager.需要时，与施工团队和项目经理合作，实施工程施工项目和公司电力系统的改造。
3. Manages all operational electrical construction teams during construction project and/or modifications in accordance with China Engineering SOPs, best work practices, safety, quality and environmental standards.根据公司工程部的标准作业程序和最好的工作措施，遵循安全、质量和环境标准,在项目施工或改造期间，管理所有的电气操作施工团队。
4. Manages implementation of evaluation tests, conformity tests and working conditions tests on all new electrical equipments and/or electric systems according to China procedures in accordance with China SOPs and safety, quality and environmental standards.依照公司的标准作业程序和安全、质量、环境标准，管理所有新的电气设备和带电系统，对其实施评估测试、合格测试和工作时间测试。
5. Manages all materials and equipment purchase needed to ensure completion of construction project and/or modification.管理所有需要的材料和设备的采购，以便完成或改造施工项目。

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree with major in Chemical Engineering / Electric Engineering etc 电气 / 化学工程学士或以上学历
2. At least 5 years experience as Electrical Engineer with management experience in the under mentioned fields: Petro-chemical industry, Continuous process, or Distillation. 在以下领域之一，至少 5 年电气工程管理工作经验：石油化工行业, 连续工艺， 蒸馏，等
3. Resistant to pressure and stress. 能在压力下工作。
4. Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin) skills 英语读写熟练，会日常口语 （经理职位要求英语口语良好）
