Job responsibility:

1. To achieve sales target through maintaining existing customers, work closely with exiting customer on new requests, provide professional and in-time support and service to achieve high standard customer satisfaction.

2. To participate the activity of PIP (Price Increase Plan) to specified customers, to ensure proper and health margin to support company to achieve sustainable development.

3. To work closely with all other functional departments – operation, supplier chain, financial etc to ensure quick & effective response to customer new inquiries, orders, delivery, service requests etc.

4. To supervising the customer ordering status by review monthly lost report, and report to sales manager in case of any abnormal case. Arrange visit to Top 50 customers at least 1 time per year, try best to control customer lost ratio at Min. level.

5. Collect complain information from customers, forward to company related department and coordinate to deal with to achieve customer satisfaction.

6. Be responsible for Account Receivable, to coordinate with credit department to ensure timely payment according to company policy.

7. Be responsible for cylinder management, to check the holding status with customer on monthly basis.

8. To accomplish the tasks assigned by sales manager and keeper supervisor. 9. To understand and implement proper safety procedures.

Job Requirement:

？ Bachelors degree, major in Chemical or Engineering is preferred

？ 1 years sales or marketing experience ？ Be positive and proactive, like working in details

？ Good communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player

？ Good negotiation skills

？ Good spoken and written English

？ Good PC and internet skills
