Client background: Our client is a Euro-based retailer buying office with amounts stores worldwide.
Responsibility:
- Responsible to ensure the quality of shoes from testing, sampling, production and final inspection
- Responsible for factory level on technical within East Asia Area
- Evaluate supplier system and production capability.
- Product line includes: sports, casual, city, sleepers and etc.
Requirement:
- 10 years above experience in shoes quality and production field. Factory experience is a plus.
- At least 5 years team management experience.
- Deep knowledge of shoes production process and technique.
- Have knowledge on social compliance and evaluation.
- Good English skills.
