Client Background: It is a key position in the China office of Bemis Inc. (www.bemis.com) which is a US international group specialized in flexible packaging used by leading food, consumer products, medical and pharmaceutical companies worldwide with 81 facilities in 12 countries. Client's China manufacturing facility has been established since 60s and has becoming one of the Asia's leading company in producing flexible packaging to international standards serving the food and non food industries. The new state-of-the-art, purpose built factory in Dongguan has been awarded to several international quality and safety standards employing over 800 people.
The Cost Accounting Department has been established to oversee all manufacturing costs, inventory management and enterprise resource system of the flagship operations at Dongguan. The incumbent also provides professional advice to other branches, subsidiaries and joint-ventures in the Asia Pacific Region.

Report to the Controller at the Regional Head Office

Responsibility:
- Will be managing a team of accounting staffs to prepare and to report accurate & timely inventory valuations to support the financial reporting process;
- To supply process cost information for the use in pricing of products;
- To develop and interpret financial information to assist Plant and Corporate operations.

Requirement:
- Candidates need to possess degree or higher qualifications with formal training in relevant profession.
- He/She should be proven in manufacturing cost accounting systems, and exposure to MRP/ERP systems including hands on implementation experience as well as auditing.
- Strong team player with excellent leadership and coaching skills; creative with ability to work under high volume work and meeting deadline;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and projects management skills;
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
