Report to: Learning Services Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for implementing end to end training deployment process. He/she shall collaborate with various internal and external parties and use multiple internal platforms to ensure training programs are successfully deployed and receive good customer satisfaction. In addition, he/she will contribute to drive HR go digital and Learn & Grow strategy by promoting training system and managing training system on daily basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Training Deployment
Follow standard operational process to ensure the assign training programs are successfully deployed. The end to end training deployment process includes training plan, purchasing, enrollment, logistic arrangement, cost allocation, etc
Work closely with various internal and external parties and provide seamless training service to all SE employee
Respond to employee’s inquiries of training policy, process and system operations
2. My Learning Link Management
Daily management of the training system, including session management, enrollment management, training record upload, online evaluation follow up, etc.
Work with global MLL support team to ensure training system functions well and improve user experience continuously
Provide system related solutions to address business needs.
3. Project Management
Lead or participant in projects inside or outside of the team including CI in HR operations, training related and system related projects
Contribute to regional and global projects
REQUIREMENT:
1. 3 years' related working experience in multinational companies, preferably in training operations function, similar experience such as HR generalist, event management will also be considered.
2. Good customer service attitude, hardworking and detail oriented
3. Proactive, self-motivated, strong ownership of the job
4. Fast learner, adapted to changes
5. Good English communications skills
6. Bachelor degree or above
