Responsibilities

Implement the HOS strategy in the site
Drive improvement results via HOS suggestion, Lean, Kaizen, and other knowledge / best practice sharing
As an expert in HOS standard work and site deployment, assist site leader in planning, deployment and enhancing HOS
Partner with site leadership in the selection, prioritization and deployment of HOS activities.
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure expected progress achievement.
Work closely with other HOS experts across Honeywell for support and continued update of latest HOS enhancements
Willing to challenge conventional thinking, drive accountability for site or functional HOS results and deployment, and sustain the application of HOS
Provide the HOS training& Certification to people in the site, drive for the continuous improvement
Provide coaching and mentoring to site leader and site HOS Steering Committee while broadening application and understanding of HOS, strategies, and techniques.
Developing and updating of HOS training package and curriculum and deploying training program
Drive HOS certifications to meet site goals.
Partner with site leadership in the selection, prioritization and deployment of HOS activities.
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure expected progress achievement.
Coordinate, collect, and report HOS related metrics of a site or function.
Work closely with other HOS experts across Honeywell for support and continued update of latest HOS enhancements.


Requirements

University degree and above; Industrial Engineering or relating
Operations experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, quality, etc for 5 – 10 years
Lean, 6 Sigma expertise
Strong Operational Leadership Experience
Strong sense of strategic insight and business acumen, Result driven
Good communication and analytical / problem solving skills
Good project management skills
Able to travel between the cities
