Our client is an American joint venture company in semiconductor industry. They operate a network of manufacturing facilities, sales offices and design centers in the worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:
1. The position is responsible for screening, monitoring and improving product line yield, product transfer or capacity expansion (EBR, part setup, BOM update, CZ, REL reports, customer samples, PCN, BU CAB, customer approval and conversion)
2. Responsible for MPE, data analysis for material disposition
3. Need to maintain BOM and keep update test specification and bonding diagram
4. Handle customer complains (containment action, FA, corrective action, 8D report, etc.)
5. Process/ Material change management
6. Project management on product related (NPI, transfer, etc.)

Job Requirements:

1. At least 8 years semiconductor industry experience and 5+ years of product engineering experience
2. Good at project management and problem solving skill
3. Good understanding on discrete product characterization
4. Familiar with reliability, failure analysis, assembly and testing process
5. Understand BU activities, such as issue PCN, maintain BOM, etc.
6. Very good oral English and technical writing. And good at office software operating to improve work efficiency
