岗位职责:
Operate the store through superior customer service, sales management, inventory management and effective staff management;
Manage the brand business on a day-to-day basis to increase sales and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources, effective leadership and merchandise assortment;
1、Responsible for the shop daily sales and lead he sales team in the shop to operate efficiently to achieve the sales target;
2、 In accordance with the company’s standards, to supervise of all employees maintain a good appearance and the quality of service;
3、To keep good communication with customers, know customer needs, feedback and handling customer’s complaints, to improve customer satisfaction;
4、Training all store staffs, including product knowledge, service quality, computer operation, etc.
5、Maintain a good communication with the related departments; analyze routine sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly),responsible for daily staff management;
6、Responsible for store goods (purchase, sales, stocks management), control of daily shop expense;
任职资格的具体描述:
1. - Experience : At Least 4 years experience in the area of fashion and/or retail industry;
- Experience in leading and managing a team ;
- Strong passion and knowledge of the luxury retail industry 。
2. Education :
- Tertiary qualifications ;
- Written and spoken English, any additional Asian languages/dialects a plus .
3. Personality :
- Detail-orientated ;
- Capable of analyzing, organizing and planning ;
- Entrepreneurial spirit ;
- Team leader
4. Skills :
- Strong computer literacy ;
- Excellent presentation skills

Annual salary: RMB 250000/Y—300000/Y
