Company background:
Our client is a leading USA company with producing home appliances.

Responsibility:
1. Manager the Financial Reporting, Cash management, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Taxes and Financial Planning and Analysis.
2. Work closely with operating line management to continually monitor manufacturing productivity improvement, promote operational efficiency, analyze the economic value of all capital expenditures, monitor inventory levels and yields and assist in the responsibilities for planning, budgeting, financial analysis and establishing strong cost controls.
3. Contribute to strategic planning and development of the China Market
4. Manage to the company internal control policies/systems/processes
5. Manage the ERP system master maintenance and as the internal trainer

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting of Financing
2. At least 6 years’ experience in manufacturing plant, being a financial strategist with a strong understanding of standard cost accounting, budgeting and working capital management. Have strong experience with foreign ERP system, Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin
3. High level of personal integrity
