Job Title: Ocean Customer Service Specialist 海运客户服务专员

Job Responsibility:

1.Be responsible for the day to day work within the team and ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties.
2.Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met.
3.Have a detailed knowledge of each customer requirement and SOP, ensure operation is conducted in accordance with the SOP.
4.Be able to manage the data input quality in system.
5.Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with destination client owner.
6.Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.
7.Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities.
8.Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments.
9.Work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and service.

Education:

College degree or above

Skills/knowledge:

1.CET-4 or above

2.Good English, both writing and spoken

3.year experience at same position is preferable
