Client background: Our client is a worldwide leader in automotive safety.

Responsibilities:
1. Forecast/Actual reporting and analysis (consolidate costing & accounting team’s data).
2. Responsible for plant CAPEX and OH analysis, control and management.
3. Responsible for working capital control like inventory status review and obsolete clearance, etc.
4. Identify risk & opportunity in plant operation and provide relevant financial advisory support for decision-making.
5. Liaison with other functions to ensure effective business controls are in place, support in company policy and procedure implementation, be coordinator on internal audit, SOX audit.
6. Be the first line manager for taxation, Forex, legal and other government affaire of the plant.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or Business management etc.
2. Minimum 8 years finance & accounting working experience and 3 years manager role in manufacturing environment. Automotive industrial experience is preferred.
3. Preferably working experience in costing, forecast, analyzing, etc.
4. Proficient in PC software packages, familiar with QAD (MFG/Pro) or other ERP system, Hyperion is preferred. High level of computer literacy would be a plus.
5. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
6. CPA, ACCA qualification is preferred.
