Job description:
Drives GD Capabilities (Reusable Solution IP / Building Blocks) projects from initiation through delivery, and release to GTM, interfacing with internal stakeholders technical/business matters. Responsible for developing all solution bill of material, making decisions on implementation methodology in close engagement with Portfolio Managers, he/she will provide technical and analytical information to stakeholders involved. The position will be responsible for tracking multiple GD Capability initiatives concurrently.
Ensure coordination with all stakeholders / contributors for GD Capability development, deliver on all cross functional activities ensuring release of program on schedule and within budget constraints.
The individual will also be responsible for all budget planning, tracking and reporting. A critical aspect of all GD capabilities in return on investment, the individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the pipeline associated the GD capabilities.
Requirements ：
? 2-4 years’ work related experience with multithread program/project management. Management skills required, including ability to work within a budget and direct multiple programs.
? Program budgeting, planning/tracking/reporting.
? Delivering above within a budget and direct day to day activities of a program.
? Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills required.
? Must have the ability to think strategically. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
? Experience with software development life cycles and proven accomplishment as a driver of multiple projects in this arena is required.
? Go-getter, must have experience of working/influencing diverse set of stakeholders and ensuring program success.
? Managing program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges
Desired Capabilities / Competencies & Experience:
? Strong technical skills in the area of developing and testing software products a plus.
? Advanced Excel skills required with knowledge of Microsoft products and strategies preferred.
? Product Management / similar experience.
