This foreign automotive components manufacturer is looking for a Product Development Engineer to join their plant in Kunshan.

About the organization:
This is a foreign automotive components manufacturer in Kunshan.

Key Responsibilities:
act as the engineering liaison between the customer and the design and CAE teams
drafting and maintaining applicable engineering request documents (FEA, cad, data exchange notices, etc.)
conducting brainstorming events and developing initial design concepts
reviewing statement of requirements to ensure that designs meet customer expectations
identifying any critical characteristics during the initial phase that may be required for the part design
interpret customer goals and develop a technical strategy to meet their needs
work with the BDL to develop relationships with the customers and earn their confidence in our abilities

Key Requirements:
bachelor’s of mechanical engineering
five or more years of experience developing new programs/products in an automotive related field
cad experience required
