Responsibilities:
responsible to drive continues improvement in all manufacturing process ;
creatively use and leverage lean methodology and tools;
find/challenge existing process wastes / obstacles to pursue higher performance;
provide necessary training to other team members on lean methodology and tools;
facilitate kaizen team in their process (may not limit within manufacturing scope);
help to track each kaizen event's final results;
merge lean methodology with process improvement and management culture;
lead the kaizen team if needed;
other task assigned by leader.

Requirements:
B.S. /B.A. or above in engineering, industrial preferred or equivalent experience experience with lean manufacturing (TPS) training or similar;
at least five years professional experience in implementation of lean, VSA/VSD, 5s, kaizen in mfg area;
strong knowledge & experience of quantitative & analytical skills, project management, and process improvement;
have holistic view on manufacturing processes and whole value chain;
excellent influencing, communication, presentation and training skills;
good written and spoken English skills;
ability to deliver timely, detailed and accurate information;
familiar with auto CAD and Solidworks or other 3d design software;
six sigma knowledge is a plus;
familiar with automotive industrial standards (TS16949, APQP/PPAP/SPC/ MSA/PCA/pPCA);
project management certificate is a plus;
familiar with mechanical & electric assembly processes;
familiar with sheet metal production;
familiar with IQ-RM or other risk management software.
