Role Summary/Purpose
The Tianjin site Facility & Administration Leader is fully dedicated on Tianjin plant. He/she is fully responsible for overall campus Management of both hard services and Soft services, ensure the continually quality and service improvement, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment
Essential Responsibilities
• Lead the Operation and Maintenance for critical facilities through planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc works.
• Lead and implementation for Energy Management through plan audits and identified energy saving projects.
• Implementation of property risk management, occupational health and safety, fire safety and environmental management
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services as per the IFM Agreement
• Overall management of company’s administration support including Office Management, Catering, Vending and Hospitality Services Management, Cleaning Services Management, Shuttle Bus Management, Site Safety Management, etc.
• Overall admin management, including office facility purchasing and maintenance, office space planning, move and renovation, coordination with property management, big company events support, etc.
• Ensuring the Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicator is well implemented.
• Ensuring the efficient and effective organizations, make sure the onsite team is well trained on all facilities policies, process, procedures and system.
- Responsible on developing and maintaining the annual FM budget and at all times ensuring exceptional controls on expenditure and Cooperate with the purchasing team on vendor and supplier requirements and specifications.
- Responsible on effective day-to-day business relationships with client and take a proactive approach to requirements
- Lead on the facilities project and modifications. Coordination of Global project initiatives as necessary
- Ensure all regulatory compliance
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, major in machine, manufacturing or engineering
• 8 to 10 years related working experiences in factory management (soft service and hard service),
• Relevant working experience in EHS, security management, or understanding the critical principles.
• Experiences in Construction Project Management (Feasibility study, Design, Construction, Fit out, handover/takeover to Facility Management operations)
Desired Characteristics
• Familiar with facility category and related maintenance knowledge
• Know-how on various facility policy and related regulation of government
• Good understanding on multi international company facility management process
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Team management experience
• Professional English skill on written, oral, read and listening
